Construction of a feed mill and pig-breeding complex was launched.

Qualifying shareholding in the PJSC «Omsky kauchuk» was acquired by the Group of Companies «Titan».
November 2006
Management system conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 international standards was introduced at three enterprises of the Group of Companies «Titan» («Omsky kauchuk», «ECOOIL», and JSC GC «Titan»).

Titan-Severo-Zapad LLC carrying on the wholesale and retail trade of petrochemical products is being registered in St. Petersburg.

The Joint-venture «SILICIUM KAZAKHSTAN» for the production of metallurgical silicon was created in Karaganda (Republic of Kazakhstan).

Subsidiary of «Titan-Agro» Ltd. was created.

The thermal power station began its operations and became an important infrastructure component for creating new production facilities at the industrial sites of the Group of Companies «Titan».

Subsidiary of «Poliom», Ltd. was created, with its core activity being the production of plastics and synthetic resins in primary forms.

Formation of the agro-industrial area for the company's development was launched. Subsidiary APK-Titan LLC was registered in January for the operation in the crop and livestock farming market.

Implementation of a new investment project – thermal power station construction was launched.
