Titan-Agro Ltd. comprises: Pig-Breeding Complex «Petrovsky», Feed Mill «Pushkinsky» and Meat Processing Plant «Pushkinsky».
Titan-Agro Ltd. was established on February 17, 2006 to carry out investment activities as part of the state program for agriculture development. The enterprise is a part of the Agrobiotechnological Industrial Cluster of Omsk region.
Commissioned in 2011, Pig-Breeding Complex «Petrovsky» was the first facility of the agro-industrial company. The Pig-Breeding Complex «Petrovsky» includes a commercial pig complex with a complete production cycle for 4,800 productive sows and a breeding farm with a complete production cycle for 770 productive sows. The breeding stock was supplied by Hermitage Genetics (Ireland). High hygiene standards in holding areas are ensured by equipment from Big Dutchman (Germany) installed in the pig complex.
The first stage of the Meat Processing Plant was launched in 2014. The enterprise produces around 9 thous. tons of meat and fat products per year.
The Feed Mill «Pushkinsky» was launched in 2015. The enterprise is equipped with state of the art Swiss equipment from Buhler, which enables the production of all feeds: in bulk, pellets, or crumbles. The capabilities of process lines ensure the development of various formulations, including starter and prestarter feeds.
Titan-Agro” Ltd. has implemented the management system based on the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management Systems), as well as HACCP principles (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, food safety management systems).
The main principles and approaches established by the international standard ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management Systems) are used in the management of “Titan-Agro” Ltd. environmental impacts.
The main principles and approaches established by the international standard OHSAS 45001:2018 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) are used in the management of occupational health and safety hazards and risks at “Titan-Agro” Ltd.”
