Students from several different universities undergo their practical training. The company also employs personnel who simultaneously work and are in training.

In the academic year 2021-2022, 331 students from Omsk vocational schools have completed and are still undergoing practical training at the company. Annually, hundreds of students from universities and colleges in Omsk receive work experience at the GC Titan's industrial site, some of them then join the company.

The trainees include students from Omsk Industrial and Economic College, Siberian Cossack Institute (SKITU), F.M. Dostoyevsky Omsk State University and Omsk State Technical University.

The most common specialties and training areas are Chemical Technology, Automation of Technological Processes and Production Facilities and Analytical Quality Control of Chemical Compounds.

"Today, Omsk petrochemical companies need competent, active and qualified personnel. Quality education is the main resource and capital of graduates. "Omsky kauchuk" is open to future specialists and is interested in providing them with the opportunity to learn the ropes of their profession at the workplace during their internship, and to get a decent job where they will make progress and develop," Deputy General Director for Organisational Development and HR Management at the AO "Omsky kauchuk", Oksana Borodina noted.

It should be noted that the company also has employees who receive secondary and higher education alongside their work. At the moment 168 people are students of Omsk colleges and universities, 6 of them are master's students.

The most popular educational institutions for the plant's employees are Omsk Industrial and Economic College, Moscow State Technical University (secondary vocational education), as well as Omsk State Technical University. The plant supports promising young people and gives them the opportunity to improve their professional skills at the company's expense.
