MK.RU: A new industrial park for pyrolysis production will be constructed in Omsk

The enterprises of the Group of companies Titan will provide it.

This prospect was discussed at a tripartite meeting of the Association of clusters, technology parks and SEZs of Russia, GC Titan and regional authorities. They discussed the location of the park. At the moment, the choice is between Avangard SEZ and "Omsky kauchuk".

It is planned to include at least five residents.

"The industrial park has great potential for the region, about a thousand jobs will be created. The Association will provide full expert support to form the concept of the industrial park creation and development," Mikhail Seregin, Senior Analyst at the Association of Clusters, technology parks and SEZs of Russia, commented.

Earlier we wrote that "Luzales" woodworking company, which had bought two IKEA plants in Russia, would construct a plywood production facility in Omsk region.

We also reported that a new industrial park would be created on the basis of "Omsktransmash". By the end of the year, the authorities are to submit a concept for its development to the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.
