“Delovaya Rossiya”: The Tyumen cluster got the high expert assessment from Mikhail Sutyaginsky

On June 8, the Head of the Sector Committee for the Chemical Industry of the “Delovaya Rossiya” Mikhail Sutyaginsky spoke as an expert at the strategic session “The polymer productions cluster development in Tyumen region”.

The meeting between the Deputy Governor of the Tyumen Region Andrey Panteleev and the Head of AO GC Titan Mikhail took place in video-conference format.

The Deputy Governor presented two strategic projects, which are planned to be implemented in the region - the launch of the oil-industry and polymer production in the clusters format.

The purpose of the polymer cluster implementation is attraction of investments in the processing of polyethylene and polypropylene. At present the projects is on the formation stage, including the discussion list of the cluster participants and actively work to attract industry specialists and experts.

“Mikhail Alexandrovich, we appreciate your experience of the petrochemical projects implementation. We are ready and want to make a proposition to You to become a member of the Board of the “Tyumen region Petrochemical complex” Association” told Andrey Panteleev.

Mikhail Sutyaginsky, in his turn, he highly appreciated the work to attract investments, which was done by the Tyumen region Government and noted the increase points of the future cluster, which, in accordance with his points of view, will form the basis for the creation of a cooperative chain.

“Your region has the advantages like the raw material potential and possibilities for the added value increase. I am sure, that we will implement the organization purposes more operatively and create the profitable terms for the future cluster participants” summed up the head of AO GC Titan.
