AIF.Omsk: AO “Omsky kauchuk” has become the best employer of the year among the companies in the Sovetsky administrative district of Omsk

“Omsky kauchuk” wins in the "Creation and preservation of jobs" nomination of the regional competition "The Best Employer of the Year in Omsk Region", upstaging organizations from Sovetsky administrative district of Omsk.  

Thus, more than 80 new jobs have been created at the plant for 2022, and not a single employee was fired due to layoffs. Moreover, during summer vacations, working at the enterprise within the regional program for employment of young people, 27 teenagers from 14 to 18 got their first work experience. Special attention was paid to employment of those children who were in a difficult life situation. Also, the AO "Omsky kauchuk" continues to cooperate with Omsk Employment Service in the area of job placement for the unemployed.

While announcing the results of the competition, the representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk region presented a diploma to the employees of the company and expressed hope for further cooperation within the project implementation for the population employment.
