Young employees of AO “Omsky kauchuk” will master their skills using simulator software

The software has been developed and installed on the computers, and classes will begin at the end of summer.

The employees of AO “Omsky kauchuk” will take a training course on technological process with the help of the simulator software. Besides, the software will make it possible to practice correct and fast actions in case of emergency situations. The software can simulate such emergency situations as: shutdown of circulating water supply, shutdown of instrumentation air supply, gassing in the working area, etc.

The training will take place in several stages. During the entire course the simulator will be generating different situations. The task of an employee is to master an algorithm of actions for each situation. When a signal on the screen appears, the employee must take actions to eliminate the dangerous situation.

The final stage is an exam. If an employee fails to answer an examination question, he/she will have to take the course again.
