Volunteer program «Kindness of Titan» won a prize

ChemiCos Unique prize was presented to Mikhail Sutyaginsky by Alexey Besprozvannykh, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

Award ceremony took place on February 27 in Moscow during Expert Forum «Growth Resources. Chemistry for Life: State and Business».

The prize is awarded to industrial enterprises manufacturing highly-demanded, safe for people and eco-friendly products complying with the strictest quality standards as well as to socially responsible companies.

In total 6 Russian petrochemical companies were awarder ChemiCos Unique prize. One of them was Omsk Group of Companies «Titan» which was announced the winner in nomination «Sustainable development» for implementation of corporate volunteer program «Kindness of Titan».

«This year «Kindness of Titan» celebrates its third anniversary. The project clearly reflects key values of our company — responsibility, care, ecological safety. Every year quantity of volunteers among employees of Titan increases. Today about 700 employees of the company take part in volunteer initiatives», Mikhail Sutyaginsky, head of the Group of Companies «Titan» noted.

It should be reminded that volunteers of «Kindness of Titan» can contribute to several areas among which social support of population, care for the environment, blood donation, career guidance and others.

Over the last 3 years tens of education events for schoolchildren and students were arranged, about 300 nursery plants were bedded out in Omsk square gardens, 3000 pieces of clothing, stationery, books and toys were collected and handed over to families in difficult straits.

It should be added that many times the project earned regional and federal awards including «Omsk Crystal Heart», «Siberia Crystal Heart», «Volunteer of Russia» and other awards.
