Completely waste-free technologies are used by packaging production at the Titan-SM, LLC site in Aleksin. Due to this, it is possible to use not only main raw materials, but also by-products of production waste.

The subdivision of the “Titan-SM”, LLC in Aleksin produces goods in auto chemistry and auto cosmetics segments under own trademarks “AUTOEXPRESS” and “Qualia”, antiseptics and lighter fluids as well. Automatic blow molding machines are located at the plant to produce packaging. Their distinctive feature is the use of waste-free technologies.

Packaging is inspected for cracks and other defects at the final production stage. Even in case of minimal non-conformity with quality standards, a container is not to be released and is turned to recycling line. Then it is delivered to crushing units where the container is crushed and turned into processed raw materials.  Crushed fragments are mixed with the original raw materials in a mass ratio not exceeding 30%. Waste recycling technologies make it possible to organize waste-free production of containers.  

We should note that more than 500 thousand containers are manufactured at the “Titan-SM”, LLC site monthly. Due to recycling technology, the plant manages to minimize negative impact on the environment.
