The Group of Companies «Titan» to contribute to sustainability with eco-friendly products

That was the statement delivered by Yan Kirsanov, General Director General of the «GC «Titan» JSC at the regional conference «Clean air», where ecological situation in the region and ways to decrease the load on the environment were discussed.

Representatives of the largest industrial enterprises of the region, ecologists, social activists took part in the event organized by the Social Project Planning Center «Platforma».

«Trend we observe today is directed at improvement of processes ecology», reported Yan Kirsanov. «Large-scale modernization program is implemented at industrial facilities of our company. We change catalysts and switch our production facilities to the best available technologies. Besides, Group of Companies Titan aims at bringing on the market new products for everyday use which comply with modern requirements to ecological safety. We are getting ready to produce 99.8% pure isopropyl alcohol of the highest quality without additives and odour. The product is widely used in medicine, pharmaceutics, beauty goods and car care products».

Moderator of the conference Alexey Firsov, General Director of the Social Project Planning Center «Platforma» emphasized that ecology was not only emissions, but also products that we produce: what they consist of and how they are utilized.

The Group of Companies «Titan» implements new investment projects as well as puts forward modernization of existing production facilities which will enable to improve ecological conditions in Omsk region and to solve the problems set forth under National Project «Ecology». Besides the company takes part in greening and beautification of public spaces, carries out educative activities in the field of environment protection — tours to production facilities and topic-specific lectures for students of educational institutions of the region.
