The Group of Companies «Titan» is set to the industrial globalization

Having celebrated its 30th anniversary in November 2019, the Group of Companies “Titan” has identified strategic development plans for the next 10 years. The main directions are connected with the project implementation on the basis of existing assets and development of new industrial sites.

Within the framework of the company’s strategy implementation, a number of important changes are planned relative to increasing the enterprise efficiency. For the solution of this task the Board of Directors of the “GC “Titan” JSC has invited Farkhad Samedov to the position of the General Director of the management company.

Farkhad Samedov began his career in research institutes and financial organizations, from the year 2003 he led the largest Russian petrochemical and oil companies (as the General Director). From 2017 to 2019 he worked in the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan, where he held the post of the Deputy Prime Minister. On February 10, 2020 Farkhad Samedov took up the duties of the General Director of the Group of Companies “Titan”.

Taking into account the professional experience of Farkhad Astanovich his appointment will allow the Group of Companies “Titan” to increase business efficiency and project status of the Group of Companies at the Russian and international levels. It should be noted that long-term plans of the Group of Companies “Titan” include the development of organic synthesis production site at “Omsky kauchuk” plant, production of export-oriented and import-substituting products on the basis of petrochemical enterprise workshops, implementation of the project regarding the production of BOPET films and PET pellets (“Titan-Polymer” project) in Pskov region, continuation of activities connected with production greening, as well as the introduction of the environmental standard “Clean air formula”.

“I am facing serious tasks - successful implementation of petrochemical projects of the Group of Companies “Titan”, modernization of the main production sites, bringing the company to a new level of development, significant profit growth”, commented Farkhad Samedov.

The management of the “GC “Titan” JSC expresses gratitude to Yan Kirsanov (General Director from October 2018 to February 2020) for his contribution to the company’s development.

Farkhad Astanovich Samedov was born on April 23, 1959. Married, two children. He has two higher educations (Moscow Institute of Civil Engineering (specialty “Industrial and Civil Engineering”); Ufa State Petroleum Technical University (specialty “Chemical Technology”), in the year 2014 he completed training under the additional education program “School of General Directors” at Moscow State University named after M.V. Lomonosov, Candidate of Technical Sciences, “Honorary Chemist of the Russian Federation”, awarded the Order of Peoples’ Friendship of the Republic of Bashkortostan.
