The Group of Companies «Titan» creates new industrial sites

Late in 2019 the Group of Companies “Titan” determined strategic development plans for the next 10 years. The basic directions are connected with the project implementation based on existing assets and development of new industrial sites including those with the organization of small-tonnage chemistry production facilities.

It should be noted that the total world consumption of small and medium tonnage chemical products is equal to more than 500 billion US dollars. According to the data provided in the Government’s action plan for the small-tonnage chemistry production development in the Russian Federation until 2030, late in 2017 the share of small-tonnage chemical products in our country accounts for about 10-15% of the total volume of chemical products. The Group of Companies “Titan” selected an industrial site in the city of Aleksin (Tula region), possessing the status of a territory of priority social and economic development, exactly for the creation of the production of small-tonnage chemistry items. On the base of the production complex it was planned to manufacture small-tonnage chemistry items, as well as car chemicals and car care products under own brand. It is planned to use one more new site in Nizhny Novgorod region for the production of oils for various branches of industry. Both sites are separate subdivisions of Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant (NZSM LLC), which belongs to the Group of Companies “Titan”.

However, taking into consideration the current increased demand for disinfectant agents, the production facilities of the separate subdivisions of Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant were reoriented to the production of antiseptic products - gel and solution.

“Specialists of all three industrial sites of NZSM LLC were attracted for the manufacture of antiseptic products. The development of antiseptic formulations is underway in Novocherkassk, that is research work as well as the production of a concentrate – half-finished item of future products. It is delivered to Tula and Nizhny Novgorod subdivision of our plant, where there are packing lines for bottling antiseptic products. From these two sites we ship antiseptics to consumers”, comments Igor Kostyuk, General Director of NZSM LLC.

The aggregate production facilities of the sites allow to manufacture up to 800 tons of antiseptic products per month. The shipment of these products was started early in April. More than 50 thousand liters of produced agents have already been sent to consumers.
