The eighth «ProfSession» took place at Titan at the Student's Day.

Exactly 300 days before the 30th anniversary of the Group of Companies «Titan» the company held the eighth «ProfSession» — a traditional event associated with the Student's Day and being a meeting of the management of the Group of Companies «Titan» with young employees.

Employees of the PJSC «Omsky kauchuk», «Titan-Agro» Ltd., «INVESTKHIMPROM Co.», Ltd, management company and «Poliom», Ltd. (joint venture of the Group of Companies «Titan», Gazprom Neft and SIBUR) took part in the event. They represented various professions — foremen, laboratory workers, engineers, powermen, economists, accountants, representatives of other blue-collar jobs, specialists and office workers — in total amounting 40 employees.

Project «ProfSession» initiated by corporate Youth Social Initiatives Center has been implemented since January 2012 and is an «exam» on which managers of the company are students answering the questions of employees.

Yan Kirsanov, General Director of the «GC «Titan» JSC was the examinee in 2019. In total he «drew» 10 examination cards concerning 4 key topics: strategy of the Group of Companies «Titan» development for the upcoming years, greening of production, experience of management and personal efficiency. Also the «student» answered quick-fire questions about his biography and hobbies.

At the end of the event, Yan Viktorovich marked out the author of the most interesting question and on occasion of the Tatyana's Day presented 3 splendid Tatyanas — employees of the Group of Companies «Titan» who took part in «ProfSession» — with flowers.

It should be noted that Mikhail Sutyaginsky, Chairman of the Board of the «GC «Titan» JSC is record-holder in terms of quantity of successfully passed «exams» — he met with young activists of the Group of Companies «Titan» three times.
