On November 19, chemical industry representatives visited the AO GC Titan site in Omsk.  The visitors explored the petrochemical product range, studied the production technology and toured the renovated site of the company's largest asset – the AO “Omsky kauchuk” plant.

The delegation included current and perspective partners of the AO GC Titan – manufacturers of methanol, phenol resins, wood panels and other products, and members of the Chemical Industry Committee of “Delovaya Rossiya”.

During the visit they negotiated with the Head of the AO GC Titan, Chairman of the Chemical Industry Committee of the business association “Delovaya Rossiya” Mikhail Sutyaginsky, top-managers of the AO GC Titan commercial service and directors of the Titan-SM, Limited company – another enterprise included in the Group of companies.

Chief technologist of the AO “Omsky kauchuk” Vsevolod Lozanov told about peculiarities of ongoing processes, control and emergency protection systems, equipment being used within the framework of the tour. The methyl tert-butyl ether production unit, revamped phenol production units and the grassroot isopropyl alcohol plant, the largest one in Russia in terms of capacity, as well as the hydrogen production unit were shown to the partners. The representatives assessed the quality control system after visiting laboratories at the engineering control department.

“Today we have efficient productions with optimal ecological specifications and we are ready to supply A grade phenol, high grade acetone and medical grade isopropyl alcohol to our partners,” Mikhail Sutyaginsky noted. –They will be able to develop their business and produce high-quality goods. We support cooperation between members of the business community to be rapidly expanded and we need to learn more about each other and develop industrial cooperation”.

We should add that within the event an offsite meeting of the Chemical Industry Committee of “Delovaya Rossiya” with Deputy Minister of Industry, Communications, Digital and Scientific-Technical Development of Omsk region Igor Lukyanov was held.
