“Omsky kauchuk” will participate in the national project “Labour Productivity”

An enterprise from the Group of companies “Titan” has joined the national project 'Labour Productivity', aimed at increasing production efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of companies. The start of activities will be marked by a kick-off meeting. It will be attended by Sergey Ivanilov, General Director of AO “Omsky kauchuk”, and representatives of the Ministry of Economy of Omsk Region.

As part of the project, “Omsy kauchuk” provides training for the working group, which will begin on June, 14. It will be divided into several areas: “Goal Decomposition”, “Pilot Stream Optimization”, “Training”, “Project and Change Management”, “Development of Corporate Culture of Continuous Improvement”, “Optimization of Supporting Processes”, “Digitalization and Automation” and many others. The established working group will develop and implement new technologies, optimize work processes and improve working conditions, thus further creating the conditions for increasing the company's labour productivity.

Experts from the Federal Centre of Competence (FCC) will support the company in such areas as introducing and adapting a target-setting process and motivating employees to achieve goals, optimizing production and office processes using lean production techniques to create sample flows, establishing a project management system and infrastructure to introduce the culture of continuous improvement, training employees at the production site and educating trainers for subsequent knowledge transfer, as well as preparing managers and employees for transformation of the workplace culture.

“Omsky kauchuk” plant is one of the leaders among Russian producers of synthetic rubber and organic synthesis products. Participation in the national project is an important step for the company, which will make it possible to increase production efficiency, thus increasing its competitiveness on the market and strengthening the company's position.
