NZSM will manufacture a product for cars with high protective properties

Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant (is included in the Group of Companies “Titan”) has developed a new product - a universal fluid for steering booster systems and hydrostatic drives. It is designed for domestic and imported cars and possesses high protective properties.

The fluid will be produced under its own brand. It is designed for the lubrication and cooling of friction parts of the steering booster system and protection of metal parts from corrosion. The formulation has been developed by the NZSM specialists in accordance with modern requirements for this product. Mineral-based fluid contains a package of special additives, including additives to reduce friction, antifoam additives, and corrosion inhibitors - all this imparts it high performance properties and ensures reliable protection of steering booster materials and their coatings for a long period of time.

A pilot batch of the fluid produced at the facilities of Novocherkassk plant has been successfully tested in laboratory conditions. Now its quality, safety and ecological compatibility are tested in a specialized certification center for compliance with the Technical Regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union TR TS 030 for lubricants, oils and special fluids.

It is expected that after receiving all the required conclusions and permits, the enterprise will be able to produce and ship up to 100 tons of the fluid per month. A number of service companies have already shown their interest in the product.

In perspective Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant plans the further development of the special fluid production direction. The development of a universal fluid for automatic gearboxes with a wide operation temperature range (up to -45°C) has already started.
