NZSM starts the aerosol production

In January 2021 at Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant the assortment was updated: modern line specialized in the aerosol production for auto chemistry and auto cosmetics was started. The products are manufactured under the own brand AUTOEXPRESS.

Within the framework of the production modernization the company purchased a safe pre-packing line for filling cylinders and other necessary equipment. In the near future, NZSM will be able to offer consumers a number of new products for both household and industrial use: insect repellents, bitumen and oil stain cleaners, special aerosols for electrical contacts, aluminum, copper and silicone lubricants-sprays.

For the spring-summer season, the company’s specialists have prepared a recipe for an environmentally friendly repellent against mosquitoes and ticks, which will soon become available to consumers in the largest chain stores.

In general, in the year 2021, the enterprise plans to master the production of a wide range of auto chemical goods, auto cosmetics, household chemicals. At the same time, the range of products will be expanded in the future on the basis of the study of customer needs.

“The development process of new types of products consists of several stages: market analysis with conducting an appropriate marketing research and identifying promising areas of production, the development of optimum composition of products on the basis of our scientific and experimental-industrial subdivisions, selection of suppliers and formation of supply chains,” tells Vadim Zaripov, head of the Development and Implementation Division of the Novocherkassk enterprise. “In particular, the Novocherkassk plant plans to buy feedstock from both foreign and Russian producers.”

It should be noted that one of the key suppliers of feedstock for auto care products is the production site of “Omsky kauchuk” plant, included in the Group of companies Titan. The largest isopropyl alcohol production facility in Russia has been organized here.
