NZSM LLC will start cooperation with one of the largest transport companies in the world

Novocherkassk Lubricants Production Plant (Group of Companies «Titan») was admitted to use of its products at the road network of one of the largest transport companies in the world — «Russian Railways» PJSC.

One of products manufactured at Novocherkassk enterprise — lubricant LZ-CNII(U) — successfully passed the range of tests for admittance to use by «Russian Railways» PJSC, established by the company to ensure traffic safety. It should be noted that the procedure is applicable not only to lubricants but to any other components and consumables.

LZ-CNII (U) is intended for axle-boxes of passenger and freight railroad cars. Due to functional additives, it prevents jamming of surfaces of roller faces and ring sides.

This lubricant manufactured by NZSM LLC successfully passed several types of tests. In 2018-2019 it was tested in the laboratory at benches, at test site and during supervised operation: the lubricant was tested on sample rail cars. During the test conditions of bearings were analyzed and axle boxes were inspected by a commission each 50 thousand kilometers.

«Positive test results and obtainment of admission will make it possible for the enterprise to take part in tender procedures for supply of products and to start shipments to customers», noted Natalia Prudnikova, Deputy General Director on Commercial Affairs of NZSM LLC.
