NZSM LLC is ready to deliver production to the Russian army

Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant (forms a part of the GC «Titan») obtained the permit for use of two types of products for the needs of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

The multiuse anti-friction lubricants TSIATIM-221 and LITOL-24 passed a complete set of tests in compliance with GOST 9433-80 and GOST 21150-87 to obtain the permit for use in weaponry, military and specialty machinery. This work was carried out by experts of the 25th State Scientific Research Institute of Chemotology of the Russian Ministry of Defense — the only scientific institution in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation that studies the performance and quality of fuels, oils, lubricants, and special fluids. Both lubricants manufactured by NZSM LLC proved their high efficiency.

Test which lasted more than a year included not only testing lubricants for compliance with the requirements of standards and technical documentation but also on-site audit of production facilities, carried out by specialists of the 25th State Scientific Research Institute of Chemotology.

TSIATIM-221 can be used in aviation equipment for the lubrication of antifriction bearings in electric machines, in monitoring and control systems as well as for the lubrication of friction joints and mating surfaces "metal-metal" and "metal-rubber" operating at temperatures from –60°С to +150°С. LITOL-24 is intended for the lubrication of friction joints of track and wheeled vehicles at working temperatures from –40°С to +120°С.

«Before the end of the year in accordance with test results these lubricants and manufacturer's data will be included into Inter-sectoral restricted list of fuels. Oils, lubricants, special liquids approved by the Russian Ministry of Defense, — explained representatives of NZSM LLC. — After that Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant will be able to take part in tendering procedures for supply of products for the needs of the Russian Ministry of Defense».
