NZSM increased production output

Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant (forming a part of the Group of Companies «Titan») summarized the plant's performance for 6M 2019. As compared to similar period of 2018 the enterprise demonstrated significant increase of production output.

In January-June 2019 the plant's output was 7.7 tons higher compared to similar period of previous year. In total from October 2017 till June 2019 the enterprise began manufacturing more than 100 different products including several types of «arctic» lubricants for machines and mechanisms operating at low temperatures. Lubricants manufactured by NZSM are supplied to Central, Southern, Siberian, and Ural Federal Districts as well as to 7 near and far abroad countries.

Drilling muds including process fluids for drilling and repair works in wells made for a significant part in the plant's output for 6M2019. Use of such fluids in oil-based solutions helps to prevent corrosion of equipment, formation of insoluble residue inside the well and blocking operation of water. It shall be noted that the work on production of process fluids was arranged by Novocherkassk plant in summer of 2018 and supplies of the product to northern regions of Russia were commenced. «Process fluid can be manufactured in several modifications, depending on the nature of reservoirs, — emphasize the specialists of NZSM. — As a result there is room for maneuver depending on conditions of drilling».
