NZSM confirmed the efficiency of its quality management system

In February, the experts of the certification body - the company “YUG-TEST” - performed an inspection audit at the Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant to confirm the compliance of the quality management system (QMS) with the requirements of GOST R ISO 9001-2015. The QMS functioning was recognized as effective.

The national standard GOST R ISO 9001-2015 is a set of requirements for the quality management system, the performance thereof allows to create an optimal management system at the enterprise. Whereas the QMS introduced at the enterprise guarantees products output that fully meets market requirements and expectations.

Based on the work results the auditors team noticed professional competence of the NZSM division specialists responsible for the quality management system maintenance. The audit provided the employees of the company with the opportunity to gain important professional experience by which they will be able to maximize performance indicators.

“Today, a skillfully organized system of effective management is required to ensure high quality of output product. Compliance with the QMS requirements helps to establish technological transparency of all types of the NZSM activities, what significantly increases level of credibility related to the enterprise for consumer’s part”, General Director of NZSM LLC Igor Kostyuk commented on the audit results.

We should emphasize that the main division responsible for quality of raw materials and finished goods control of the Novocherkassk enterprise of the GC Titan is its production testing laboratory fitted with modern analytical equipment and allowing to test the entire range in accordance with the most stringent Russian and international requirements. The QMS certificate is valid for plastic lubricants design and production, process fluids and oils.
