Number of donors tripled at the Group of Companies «Titan»

More than 120 employees of the enterprises the Group of Companies «Titan» celebrate the World Donor's Day this year. These employees regularly participate in blood donation actions, which take place in the company 4 times a year.

This good tradition was resumed at «Omsky kauchuk» in 2011. The first donors were 42 employees of the plant where such events were regular in Soviet times. Donor's Days have become part of Corporate Volunteering Program «Kindness of Titan» since 2016. Employees of all enterprises of the group can participate.

Number of volunteers among petrochemists has tripled for the last 8 years: employees of other enterprises joined the action — representatives of Managing Company of the «GC «Titan» JSC, «Poliom» plant (joint venture of the Group of Companies «Titan», Gazprom Neft and SIBUR), transport enterprise «INVESKHIMPROM» and other companies participate in the event. Tatyana Sokolova, head of the Health Unit of the PJSC «Omsky kauchuk» noted that about 120 employees donate their blood regularly.

14 employees of the Group of Companies «Titan» were awarded the badge «Honorary donor of Russia». Most of them are employees of PJSC «Omsky kauchuk», two employees work at Omsk Polypropylene Production Plant and another one represents «INVESTKHIMPROM Co.» Ltd.

Titan employees have donated more than 1000 litres of blood to blood bank of State-Funded Healthcare Institution «Tsentr Krovi» (Blood Center).
