Mikhail Sutyaginsky told about the progress of implementation of «Titan-Polymer» project

Mikhail Vedernikov, Governor of Pskov region chaired the meeting on implementation of investment projects in Industrial Special Economic Zone «Moglino». Team of Pskov «Titan-Polymer» project headed by Mikhail Sutyaginsky, Chairman of the Board of the «GC «Titan» JSC took part in the event.

Representatives of the special economic zone, business-community and industry-specific committees and Administration of Pskov region participated in the meeting.

The head of the Group of Companies «Titan» reported about the progress of development of «Titan-Polymer» production facilities: All works are performed in strict compliance with the project implementation plan. At the moment we concluded the contracts with main suppliers of equipment for BOPET-films production, advance payments were remitted. It is extremely important for us that works on construction of infrastructure in Special Economic Zone «Moglino» are performed in due terms».

Mikhail Sutyaginsky especially emphasized ecological aspects of the project: «Preliminary environment impact assessment — a document containing preliminary evaluation of impact caused by a production facility on the environment — has already been developed. On basis of this document we can bindingly declare that sanitary protection zone for BOPET-films production facility will be 100 meters and the project will be assigned the lowest class of impact on the environment. According to preliminary calculation sanitary protection zone for PETF-granules production facility will be about 500 meters, however, due to additional technological solutions we hope to reduce the sanitary protection zone to 300 meters. All documents will be duly executed with passing of Main State and Ecological Expert Reviews».

It should be reminded that «Pskovsky Zavod «Titan-Polymer» LLC was incorporated in 2018 with the purpose of implementation of the project for PETF-granules and BOPET-films production. The enterprise is resident of Special Economic Zone «Moglino».
