Hockey club "Titan" is in the top 5 of the best teams of Russia

Omsk hockey players were among the best teams in the most prestigious division of the Amateur 40+ Night Hockey League.

The Amateur 40+ Division hockey tournament was held in Sochi last May. In total, 28 teams from different regions of the country took part in the competition, including HC "Skoda-Ryazan" (Ryazan), HC "Mustang" (Tomsk), HC "Siberian Anthracite" and HC "Titan" (Omsk).

Omsk hockey players were among the best teams in the most prestigious division of the Amateur 40+ Night Hockey League.

The Amateur 40+ Division hockey tournament was held in Sochi last May. In total, 28 teams from different regions of the country took part in the competition, including HC "Skoda-Ryazan" (Ryazan), HC "Mustang" (Tomsk), HC "Siberian Anthracite" and HC "Titan" (Omsk).

In its group, "Titan" played with HC "Bulldozer" from the Leningrad region, Nizhny Novgorod "Spartak" and Novosibirsk team "Siberian Anthracite". After scoring 5 points, "Titan" made it to the playoffs, where it lost in the quarterfinals against "Queen-Guyva" of Perm with a score of 1:3. After that, however, the Omsk team won two games in a row. The game with HC "TPP-RB" from Ufa ended with the score 5:4, the results of the match with the Ryazan team "Skoda-Ryazan" also pleased the fans from Omsk - 5:1. Thus, "Titan" was included for the second time in the TOP-5 of the best Russian amateur teams in the "Amateur 40+" division. For the first time the Omsk hockey players entered the "top five" at the NHL Festival, which was their debut in 2016.
