Group of companies Titan celebrated its birthday

During the restriction pandemic period connected with coronavirus infection, Group of companies Titan organized several events for its employees, which were held online.

November 20, 1989 is the birthday of the company and the date of the creation of the Titan youth center. This significant event is widely celebrated at all production sites of the Group of Companies. To ensure the safety of employees during the pandemic, birthday events were held in a remote format.

So, a week before the celebrating date a flash mob “In team!” was organized in social nets of the Group of Companies, within the framework of which the employees of the Group of companies Titan, its partners and all interested people could create a profile pictures in Titan-style with help of special application and post them on their pages in social nets. Also, by trying on a special insta-mask in the Instagram profile of the Group of companies Titan, users could blow out a candle on a virtual birthday cake. Community subscribers supported the new formats of congratulations and actively shared their posts on social networks.

At this time, videos with congratulations from top managers, employees, and partners were published on the social networks of the GC Titan. In particular, GC Titan was congratulated by the Ministry of Industry of the Omsk Region, Omsk Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Union of Chemists, the St. Petersburg Mining University, the Pskov State University, the trade union organization of the AO “Omsky kauchuk”, and others.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AO GC Titan Mikhail Sutyaginsky in his video message expressed gratitude for the contribution of each employee to the development of the Group of Companies.

“In truth, Group of companies Titan has can be proud: company launched some large-scale petrochemical projects, enters the list of systemically important enterprises of our country, creates industrial cooperation chains and develops small-tonnage chemistry. As a socially responsible busines, Group of companies Titan actively conducts activities in the field of greening production. Our company became an initiator of development of unique “Ecostandard” which was directed to open work with the population and ecological programs of the region. I am sure, that this year we spent very fruitfully, worthily representing the company at the Russian and international level,” noted the head of the company.

In honor of the celebration, the best employees of the enterprises were awarded corporate awards of various levels. Most of them were handed over to the sites for presentation, and the employees of the management company were presented with honorary badges, certificates and letters of gratitude by the General Director of the AO GC Titan Farkhad Samedov.

The culmination of the festive events was an intellectual and entertaining game - the online quiz IQ battle “Titan in the game!”, organized with help of remote technologies. The battle involved six rounds aimed at testing logic, erudition and eco-awareness. More than 40 people took part in the game, among them were Omsk people - employees of the AO “Omsky kauchuk” and AO GC Titan, as well as teams of a separate division of the Novocherkassk Lubricant Production Plant LLC in Aleksin, Tula Region and the “Pskovsky Zavod “Titan-Polymer” LLC. The game was also joined by partners - the Committee for the Chemical Industry of “Delovaya Rossiya”, STC “Khimvest” and Group of Companies “Ecos-1”. The teams passed all the intellectual tasks with enthusiasm and received positive emotions. As a gratitude for their participation, all the players of the online battle will receive corporate gifts from the AO GC Titan.
