AO GC Titan on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of AO “Omsky kauchuk” prepared a thematic composition at the Flora-2022 exhibition

The Flora-2022 exhibition will be opened at the main stage of the historical and cultural complex “Omskaya Krepost” (Omsk Fortress). AO GC Titan’s floral composition is made in a complex technique and contains flowers and metal. Citizens of Omsk can see it at the Flora-2022 exhibition.

2,000 stems of colorful chrysanthemum shaped into balls decorate the curls of the metal structure, creating a dynamic and symbolizing the active and continuous movement of molecules and atoms. The vegetated benches and lantern, which are part of the overall composition, reveal the theme of a "green" city. The object is completed by a flowering wall on which exotic orchids of 225 blossoms, more than 200 roses of various varieties, about 100 lisianthus, eucalyptus and decorative greenery are placed.

“This time we had to prepare a composition that reflects a role of the company in life of our modern big city. It is important to note that there is a close connection between chemistry and art, because both science and creativity are based on inspiration. Due to inspiration the most famous masterpieces have been created and scientific discoveries have been made. And how successfully we implemented our idea is to be judged by the people of Omsk and the city's guests at the exhibition,” General Director of AO GC Titan Olga Tarasenko said.

This year the exhibition is devoted to two events – the 200th anniversary of Omsk region and the 70th anniversary of Flora itself. Three natural areas of Omsk region will be presented at the exhibition: steppe, forest-steppe, taiga, and compositions corresponding to the theme. Different figures and objects created by companies will be placed at Voskresensky Square. The composition created by AO GC Titan is also connected with a special event – the 60^th anniversary of AO “Omsky kauchuk” plant.
