AO “Omsky kauchuk” was recognized as the best employer in the Soviet district

The enterprise of Group of companies "Titan" won the competition "The best employer of the year of the Omsk region" according to the results of the year 2022.

AO "Omsky kauchuk" (member of GC "Titan") took the first place among the organizations of the Soviet administrative district of Omsk in the first stage of the regional contest "The best employer of the year of Omsk region". The plant won in the nomination "Creation and preservation of jobs".

The competition committee highly evaluated the company's performance in the field of employment and job creation. So, during 2022 more than 80 new jobs were created at AO "Omsky kauchuk", and not a single employee was fired due to layoffs. Besides, during summer vacations, working at the enterprise within the framework of the regional program for employment of young people, 27 teenagers from 14 to 18 years old got their first work experience. Special attention was paid to employment of those children who were in a difficult life situation. Also, AO "Omsky kauchuk" continues to cooperate with the Omsk Employment Service in the area of job placement for the unemployed.

While announcing the results of the competition, the representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Omsk region presented a diploma to the employees of the company and expressed hope for further cooperation in the framework of the project for the employment of the population.

It should be noted that AO "Omsky kauchuk" is one of the biggest employers in the region. The plant employs about 3 thousand people.
