An enterprise of AO GC Titan became a participant of the national project "Labor productivity"

Titan-Agro Ltd joined the organizations of the Omsk region that participated in federal project "Targeted support for increasing labor productivity in enterprises" with the support of the Regional Center of Competence in Labor Productivity.

The events of the national project “Labor productivity” started on May 5 on the territory of Titan-Agro Ltd. The management team of AO GC Titan, representatives of the Government of the Omsk region and the Regional Center of Competence took part in the solemn ceremony.

It’s good to know that you support a culture of continuous improvement at the management level,"  said Anna Negoduiko, Minister of Economy of the Omsk Region.

"The implementation of the national project starts at meat processing plant "Pushkinsky". In general, increasing labor productivity is always, and in the current conditions, especially necessary for every enterprise and gives a number of obvious advantages. I am sure that participation in the national project will make the work of the separate subdivision more effective and also increase the volume of output", commented Olga Tarasenko, General Director of AO GC Titan.

At the semi-finished products area of the meat processing plant "Pushkinsky" as part of the implementation of the national project it is planned to achieve significant performance: to reduce the time of the process and increase production output.

It should be noted that according to the results of the first quarter of this year, the company "Titan-Agro" showed an increase in production volume in the agricultural industry block: from January to March 2023 pork meat was produced almost one and a half times more than in the same period of 2022.
