Titan – SM (part of the AO GC Titan) is expanding its contract manufacturing program of cooling fluids. The company started contract manufacturing of antifreezes G11 (green) and G12 (red).

Production line capacity is 15 000 tons per year, and automatic filling lines allow manufacturing products both in canisters (1, 4, 5, 10 and 20 liters) and barrels (200 liters).

“Titan – SM is ready to carry out a full-cycle production of coolants on a contract basis under the partners’ trademarks. Within contract manufacturing the enterprise is able to operate using both partner and own original formulas and taking care of the purchase of raw materials and the organization of the full production cycle. At the same time, we guarantee the complete safety of the information about TM producing on a contract basis,” General Director of Titan – SM LLC Mikhail Maltsev said.

In 2021 Titan – SM approved the efficiency of its QMS by establishing technological transparency of all production processes. Together with technical experts the partner companies will be able to control all processes at every production stage. We should note that the production process is practically waste-free due to closed-loop recycling.
