“Noviy Omsk”: The AO GC Titan employees voted for the country future

On June 25 The AO GC Titan employees expressed their opinion in the all-Russian vote on the approval of amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Meanwhile more than a half of the team had visited the polling places and made their choices up to 1^st of June – the main voting day. In addition, more than 100 production veterans, members of the Veterans Club of the “Omsky kauchuk” plant, had voted before this date. The Voting, continued during the week, was especially comfortable for the people, who work on a shift schedule and would not be able to express his civic position in the event of one voting day.

Farkhad Samedov, the General Director of AO Group of Companies Titan, said:

“The all-Russian voting on the approval of amendments to the Constitution is important historical event for every Russian citizen. Our decision will have a tremendous impact on the future fate of the country and become the foundation for the country and its priorities and values. It is planned to make many changes to the basic law of the country, so everyone needs to familiarize themselves with all the points in order to form their reasoned position. These amendments directed first of all at improving the welfare of Russians, ensuring social guarantees, such as minimum wages not lower than the subsistence level, indexation of pensions and social benefits, financial support for families with children are important for many people, including the AO GC Titan three thousandth team. The changes, connected with the strengthening international peace and security are important for our employees too. All changes are strategic in nature and serve as a guideline for the main directions of our daily life in the future.”

We should note that the AO GC Titan enterprises have traditionally strong interest to the all-Russian, regional and municipal events, from sport and entertainment to the things connected with the future of the country. So AO GC Titan employees go to the start of the Siberian International Marathon, participate in demonstrations on May 1, environmental clean-ups and many other events.  The people do not disregard elections to public authorities and local self-government.  They pay a great interest to the voting on the approval of amendments to the Constitution. To answer the emerging questions, the AO GC Titan carried out information work and mailed by e-mail, placed posters on information stands of enterprises, covered of the event in corporate media.
