Ministry of Industry of Omsk region: The AO GС Titan increased its volume of exports

The AO GC Titan has increased its total exports of petrochemical products by 7,5% for 9 months of this year compared to the similar period last year.

First of all, the growth resulted from the increased shipments of a high-octane additive to motor fuel – methyl-tert-butyl-ether – and phenol. These products are manufactured at the AO “Omsky Kauchuk” plant (a part of the AO GC Titan).

Synthetic rubber, liquefied hydrocarbon gases, acetone and other products were supplied outside of Russia as well.

Moreover, the AO GC Titan started supplying a new product abroad – isopropyl alcohol. More than 5000 tons of isopropyl alcohol, generated during the complex testing of the unit at the organic synthesis production site of the AO “Omsky Kauchuk”, were shipped overseas.

The AO GC Titan is one of the key industrial exporters in Omsk region. Petrochemical products are exported abroad even in a fluctuating global market environment due to high quality and flexible price politics. Thus, despite difficult economic conditions connected with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the AO GC Titan managed to nearly triple its export volumes of synthetic rubber and resumed exports of phenol and acetone.

“Titan-Inter-Trade”, Ltd. is in charge of selling Titan’s petrochemical products abroad. The products are delivered by road, rail and sea transport. The products can be shipped in various types of packaging on consumer’s request.
