A new inkjet marking machine has been installed at the Novocherkassk separate subdivision of Titan-SM, LLC (a part of the AO GC Titan). It will be used to automatically mark the production date on tube lids and steel drums. The maximum printing speed is 1500 characters per second.

The unit is installed on a conveyor belt for marking lubricants in small containers. Texts printed by ink-jet technology are more resistant to moisture and abrasion. This technology also allows printing even on rough surfaces.

The marking machine is an industrial printing device that allows you to print on different moving objects. How the printing device works: a continuous stream of ink is split into individual droplets, then each of the droplets, flying under the high voltage electrode, is deflected and enters the application area of the object.

The device provides clear and permanent printing on metal surfaces, paper and cardboard, plastics, fabrics and glass. It is worth noting the reduced power consumption - less than 28 watts, which also has the effect of reducing the impact on the environment.
