The Titan-SM, Limited company (a part of the GC Titan) has made the first supply of BUXOL grease lubricant for the repair units of JSC “RZD”. The batch volume was over 20 tonnes of finished products.

Thus, the company has become one of the two manufacturers to produce BUXOL for repair depots. The grease is designed for application in friction units with rolling bearings of freight wagons at speeds up to 200 km/h. Its distinguishing features are high antiwear, extreme pressure and anticorrosive properties. It is manufactured at one of the company's production sites in Novocherkassk.

An appropriate certificate has been obtained for lubricant use in railway equipment.  For this purpose, quality conformance tests have been carried out. This included laboratory bench testing, tests on the experimental railroad ring in Shcherbinka and subsequent controlled operation of train sets. 

According to the results of all testing, BUXOL lubricant produced by the enterprise "Titan-SM" confirmed compliance with all the requirements of technical specifications. Service life of BUXOL is 5 years and mileage - 450 thousand kilometres.
