Methods of green production were discussed at the site of the Chemical Industry Committee of Delovaya Rossiya. The Committee's experts are ready to draw up a list of technologies that can be used by companies to minimize environmental impact.

“We want to help both specialized institutes, authorities, and chemical industry enterprises with recommendations for modernization of production facilities. Now the most accessible scientific technologies are widely discussed, but unfortunately it can be difficult to get them from somewhere. Our experts are ready to determine the directions due to which new technologies can be developed,” Chairman of the Board of Directors of the AO GC Titan, Head of the Chemical Industry Committee of Delovaya Rossiya, Mikhail Sutyaginsky emphasized.

According to the industrialist, production process should be arranged in such a way that there would be virtually no by-products. In most cases, the possibilities for their recycling as a rule are not foreseen or these products require disposal creating the additional environmental load.

The Chemical Industry Committee's experts of Delovaya Rossiya will prepare a roadmap to support enterprises’ environmental projects. One of the examples thereof is the project “Clean Air Formula”, the implementation of which will allow to reduce negative effect of motor vehicles on the environment of Omsk and other large cities.

“The project provides production of a high – octane additive component for petrol, giving an opportunity to decrease an environmental impact up to 60 percent in big cities. These are huge results and great achievements. And they are within the parameters specified in the “Ecology” National Project,” Deputy General Director for Corporate Communications of the AO GC Titan, Alina Rybina said.

It is impossible to implement enterprises greening without complete cooperation between business, government and society. The federal project “Ecology of Russia” including conferences in the “Green line” format can become one of the most effective tools for such cooperation.

“Speaking about ecology is always conflicting and speculative. We need accessible formats for a preventive information and project dialog to avoid speculations, coming from society and so-called environmental activists or environmental public organizations. Communications establishment mechanism leads to much more efficient results,” Head of the project “Ecology of Russia” Dmitry Nechaev noted.
