AO GC Titan is ready to develop partner programs of industrial cooperation

On the 19^th of May, in Tula an offsite meeting of the Chemical Industry Committee was held based on the regional branch of the business association “Delovaya Rossiya”. At the event with the participation of representatives of the Ministry of Industry of Tula Region and local enterprises the Group of companies “Titan” was represented by Igor Kostyuk, General Director of Titan-SM, Limited company.

All the participants of the meeting spoke about relevance of industrial cooperation in the country as a whole and in individual regions. Large industrial enterprises are hot spots for small and medium-sized business, as well as new jobs. Promotion of cooperation chains development between large industrial investors and small enterprises will increase the industrial potential, stimulate the establishment of new factories and accelerate new products coming. “Cooperation development within Russian chemical industry is very important: so, for example, the introduction of a new chemical product takes about two years on average, taking into account approvals, and industrial cooperation allows to make these long terms shorter in regard to modern competition,” Irina Vendilo, Vice President of the Russian Union of Chemists, General Director of the Industry Association “Roskhimreaktiv” says.

It’s worth noting that 15 large enterprises of chemical industry are operating on the territory of Tula region, which provide more than 25 thousand jobs, therefore, organization of the industrial cooperation system can answer for activating small and large businesses cooperation in the region. “Chemical production facilities are complicated technological and investment projects which we are ready to work with: our region has the necessary number of preferences, competencies and qualified personnel”- Vyacheslav Romanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of Tula Region said. – There is a full range of federal and regional support measures in Tula region, and we are ready to build connections with other regions”.

Regional authorities are ready to build communications with chemical business, since they are interested not only in the development of advanced technologies and attracting investments, but also in reducing the environmental impact.

The special economic zone of industrial-production type “Uzlovaya” and the Technology park “Plastic” in Tula region can also become a platform for industrial cooperation. For the purpose of industrial cooperation, it is possible to establish an engineering center here, which will combine proposals from various companies.

In his report, Igor Kostyuk, General Director of Titan-SM, Limited company, spoke about the company's proposals for promising industrial cooperation. He noted that the enterprise “Titan-SM” included in the Group of companies “Titan” and having factories in three regions, is ready to provide its products for sale as well as to develop new directions together with the partners, for example production of paints and varnishes, printing inks and pharmaceuticals.

“The Group of companies “Titan” has its own plant in Omsk to produce isopropyl alcohol that is unique in quality, and unlike other producers of this alcohol, the purity level of our product reaches 99.9%, - Igor Kostyuk said. - Today we are ready to offer the market high-quality windscreen washing liquid and other products based on isopropyl alcohol with high organoleptic characteristics”.
