By Resolution of the Board of Directors of the AO “Omsky kauchuk” Sergey Ivanilov was elected the General Director of the Company. He assumed office on October 29, 2021.

Sergey Ivanilov has been working at the GC Titan for a long time and has been productive. He graduated from Omsk State Technical University with a degree in Oil and Gas Processing Technology in 2002. In the same year, the graduate began his career at the “Omsky kauchuk” Plant as a pump and compressor unit operator in one of the gas workshops. Ten years later, having worked his way up through several successive career stages, he was appointed the head of the workshop. In 2013, the manager studied under the Presidential Managerial Human Resources Training Program. 

In 2016, Sergey Ivanilov became the Head of high-octane additives and liquefied petroleum gases production, becoming one of the youngest production managers over the entire history of the plant; in 2020, he was appointed Deputy General Director - Chief Engineer of the enterprise.

Farkhad Samedov, General Director of the AO GC Titan, presented the new top manager in his new capacity to the staff members.

“I am grateful to my predecessor Nikolay Petrovich Komarov for the experience gained during our work together, and to the management of the AO GC Titan for the confidence given to me” Sergey Ivanilov noted. - Next year is an anniversary and very important year for the plant: I intend to concentrate all my efforts on solving tasks within the new projects implementation of the Group of companies”.

Nikolay Komarov, who has been in charge of  “Omsky kauchuk” Plant for many years, remains within the Group of companies. As Adviser to Director General of the AO GC Titan, he will supervise the development issues of Omsk petrochemical site.
