Management System

One of the main strategic management directions determined by the management of the Group of Companies «Titan» is to develop and continuously improve the management system aimed at achieving the set goals.

Since November 2006 the company has had in place the integrated management system certified for conformity to the requirements of the international standards:

• ISO 9001 (Quality Management System);
• ISO 14001 (Environmental Management System);
• ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System).

Certificates

The certification body Bureau Veritas S. A. is an independent organization that belongs to the leading international certification bodies.

The management of the Group of Companies «Titan» supports and positions the management system as a tool for increasing the trust level to the company on the part of consumers and other interested parties, controlling and analyzing the key production and management processes, as well as harmonizing the company's activities for the purpose of managerial decision-making rapidness and production efficiency increase.

The top-level management annually analyzes the management system to maintain its conformity with the established requirements, to ensure its consistency with strategic lines for the Company's development and performance in respect of achieving the set goals and actions related to risks and opportunities, as well as to plan development actions.

The management system conformity to the requirements of international standards is confirmed by annual audits performed by the representatives of the certification body.

In 2017, the company shifted to new requirements for the quality management system and the environmental management system in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.

In 2020 the transfer to the new international standard for the health and safety management systems ISO 45001: 2018 was conducted instead of BS OHSAS 18001:2007.
