Pursuant to the Policy adopted in the field of Industrial Safety and Policy for the Integrated Management System, the Company management recognizes issues related to safety and protecting the health and life of employees and the population residing in areas impacted by the enterprise as overarching priorities and announces its commitment to preventing emergencies, injuries, and health impairments, ensuring safe working conditions, and creating favorable conditions through the improvement of infrastructure and production environment, social support, and the building of mutual respect and understanding.

While supporting and improving the occupational safety and health management system based on international standards and involving each employee in the improvement process, the Group of Companies «Titan» strives to achieve zero accident rate.

Risk Management

The maintenance of an appropriate safety level during works and the protection of personnel health are ensured by identifying hazards and related risks, including by the special assessment of work conditions, periodic medical examinations, the monitoring of compliance with occupational health and safety requirements, and the identification of situations related to emergency initiation. Risk avoidance or reduction actions are developed on the basis of the identified risks.
