Consolidated budget funds are primarily directed to social payments, economic development and health care.

According to the Federal Tax Service, in 2021 the Omsk enterprises with the main economic activity "Production of coke and petroleum products" transferred 116.69 billion rubles to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation. This is almost half of the total amount of revenues to the state treasury from taxpayers in Omsk region. The largest tax payments were made by Gazprom Neft's Omsk Refinery, Gazprom Neft-Lubricants and Gazprom Neft-Bitumen Materials, as well as by Titan Group and JSC Ekooil. At the same time, compared to 2020, the amount of tax charges in the industry increased by 19.27 billion rubles - almost by 20%.

It should be added that at the end of 2021 the Omsk oil refinery led the general rating of the largest taxpayers of the region in terms of deductions to the consolidated budget of the Russian Federation, retaining its leading position. In addition, in the first three months of this year - 2022 the ten largest companies in Omsk region added 36.6 billion rubles to the consolidated budget of Russia.
