The Group of Companies «Titan» hosted guests from Crimea

Representatives of administration and business of the Republic of Crimea and Krasnodar Krai visited the Group of Companies «Titan» on March 20. Purpose of the visit consisted in examination of possible cooperation in the field of health improvement and sanatorium-resort care of the employees.

Business-mission in Omsk consisting of CEOs of Ural Federal District enterprises takes place on 19-21 March. It was arranged by Administration of Omsk. Main objective of the mission is promotion of cooperation between the regions.

Within the framework of the visit to the Group of Companies «Titan» a meeting of guests with Nikolay Komarov, General Director of «Omsky kauchuk» (forms a part of the Group of Companies «Titan»), heads of HR departments of the enterprises of the Group of Companies «Titan» and representatives of labor union of the PJSC «Omsky kauchuk» was arranged. During the meeting representatives of Crimean Krasnodar Krai sanatoriums presented recreational resources of Saki, Yevpatoria and Anapa as well as discussed potential formats of cooperation.

«The plant pursues active social policy regarding our personnel amounting three thousand people», Nikolay Komarov noted, adding, «We are willing to cooperate in future and we will start our work from consideration of proposals of sanitary institutions and analysis of personnel's demand».

The parties exchanged contact details and agreed that commercial proposals on recreation, wellness and treatment programs would be sent to the enterprises of the Group of Companies «Titan» in the nearest future for further study of the employees' needs. Sanatoria and health resorts are also ready to arrange informative tours for delegations of Omsk labor unions and HR departments of the enterprises.
