The first corporate Innovation Point in Omsk will appear at the enterprise of Titan Group of Companies

As part of the national project "Labor Productivity", Titan is creating the region's first corporate Innovation Point at the “Omsky kauchuk” plant (part of GC Titan). The project is aimed at mass involvement of personnel in rationalization tasks through training and development of corporate engineering creativity.

For this purpose, the company has created its own team of innovators from among the employees of GC Titan. In October, they underwent training under the "Rationalizer" program in Moscow on the basis of the Autonomous Nonprofit Organization "Agency for the Development of Professions and Skills (Worldskills Russia)". Now the team will have to pass on the gained experience and knowledge of finding effective solutions for productivity growth to their colleagues at the plant.

The processes to be launched within the Point are focused on developing the production system, increasing output, improving quality, utilizing know-how, reducing costs and implementing the best technological solutions.

Here we face the need to implement the ideology of searching for new solutions. This is where the team of innovators will help us, and the new corporate space - the Innovation Point - will allow us to unlock our potential and improve our processes. In general, the activities of the national project "Labor Productivity" are aimed at strengthening the economic condition of the company and will improve the socio-economic stability in the region," said Olga Tarasenko, General Director of Titan Group of Companies.

We should remind that the National Project "Labor Productivity" was approved by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin and is designed to create conditions for annual growth in this area by 5% by 2024. In particular, it is assumed that AO “Omsky kauchuk” will optimize the production process and increase labor productivity by 5% once the project is implemented.
