Titan-Polymer plant is operating as scheduled. Moreover, new employees are being hired – as General Director of Titan-Polymer Ltd. German Petrushko announced.  

Together with the experts involved a crisis management plan was developed in order to minimize sanctions pressure on the investment project. The plan was sent to Administration of Pskov region. Consultations with representatives of the authorities are currently ongoing. The final list of measures will be approved first at the regional level, then at the federal level including the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation and the Industry Development Fund.

According to German Petrushko all these measures can be implemented.

“Today we are discussing options for working in the new economic environment. We are looking for new suppliers and new markets for selling. In my opinion the current situation is a chance for a number of companies to get started on import substitution projects,” General Director said. 

Previously the products manufactured by Titan-SM were included in the import substitution plan for the chemical industry, approved by the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation.

We should add that all business supporting measures in the current economic situation were sent to Russian Government by the Committee for the Chemical Industry of Delovaya Rossiya.
