Future polymerization operators to undergo training at Corporate Training Center of GC Titan

A professional training course “Polymerization operator” was launch at the Corporate Training Center of Group of companies Titan. The training will last until the end of January, 2024.

The course was designed by GC Titan’s engineers together with teachers of major subjects of Omsk State Technical University and Siberian Cossack Institute of Technology and Management (branch of K.G. Razumovsky Moscow State University of Technology and Management). The course is designed to train future GC Titan’s employees in the shortest time.

During two months 12 future operators will be undergoing an intensive training related to basics of organic substances production process, in particular, IPB production using modern equipment.

The course is unique because of its educational process and composition of teachers: theoretical knowledge provided by skilled specialists and engineers can be immediately applied by operating a concrete unit under the guidance of experienced mentors.

When the participants successfully pass the final exam they will receive a certificate “Polymerization Operator” and skill-category 4.
